Class upon class has worked to develop the way in which I will manage and run my classroom. These classes, combined with student teaching, helped me in developing my very own classroom management plan. I worked to make this management plan as accurate as possible with my new job so that I wouldn't have to make too many corrections over the summer. Putting this theory into practice and making my management plan has helped prepare me to create an open, comfortable, and structured learning environment for my student. This is a plan that I will revisit often as I work to establish my classroom procedures. I also plan to master this over the years by continuing to mold and shape it to match my classroom.
