Leadership Initiatives
Leadership in the education setting is far more than just being up front or holding a title. Rather, it is being willing to guide and grow those around you. In the classroom I decided to implement several simple initiatives that have helped set the tone of my classroom.

Personal coaching by getting to know who they are. This is interaction and discussion throughout the day and also a monthly meeting to just talk.
