Exploring an Object Lesson

The integration of faith and learning has always been an avid pursuit of Seventh-day Adventist educators. This applies to more than just religion courses, it is a quest of every teacher in every classroom. Many simply have a daily devotion and then delve into their material. As a science teacher, I am uniquely positioned on a precipice between our beliefs and what science tells us. I look forward to this challenge and will use every tool at my disposal to integrate our Seventh-day Adventist beliefs into my classroom. In one of my educational classes, Bible Study Methods, I was introduced to Google slides. This is one of the tools I will use to espouse God's truth in my classroom! This particular lesson keeps the students actively engaged throughout and is the starting point on a journey towards a goal of allowing God to use us to serve others. This long term plan will help integrate self-reflective tendencies into the student and will assist in their pursuit of life-long learning!
