Vision for Teachers

_The growth and development of people is

The moment my daughter was born there were feelings of awe, wonder, and change. In that moment, I changed because I knew from then on that the love I felt for this tiny human being would guide my life. Just like a family, a school community is a place of relationships, connections, and selfless love. 

Teachers that I lead will feel:

This selfless love is what drives me as a father, husband, teacher, and leader. I truly want what is best for those that I care about. As a leader, my vision for teachers begins with this motivation as well.

I maintain high standards for myself and will also expect that of my teachers. We will be a team committed to both personal and professional growth. With each employee I will sketch a professional development plan that places an emphasis on trust, self-development, collaboration, communication, and encouragement of one another. From this base, we can grow as a team and build a school culture that also demonstrates these values.
