My Vision For Learners

From the youngest Pre-K student to the principal, the school is a house of wholistic growth. In this journey of growth, each student should be met where they are and provided a guiding hand.

The leader's role in this process is to develop a school culture that promotes wholistic growth. Whether that is in one-on-one interactions with students or initiating and fostering a professional learning community, the leader is challenged with the awesome role of creating a school community. As the learner leaves their school community, they should be prepared for the imminent and distant future. Not just in knowledge, but also with characteristics that will enable them to continue to grow outside of the school building.
